1. Do we need to install VR when receive it ?
The VR machine is fully assembled before delivery, so no installation is required. Just follow the user manual, plug in the power, and turn on all computers for smooth operation.
2. How about the shipping?
A. Under EXW terms, you are responsible for arranging shipping and picking up the goods directly from our factory.
B. Under CIF terms, we handle shipping and deliver the goods to your designated port.
C. Both air and sea transportation options are available, depending on your preference.
3. What's minimum order and how long will you ship ?
The minimum order is 1pc as normal, we will deliver in 7 working days after receiving deposit, and receiving the balance then can arrange the delivery.
4. The Voltage is different in our country. What should we do?
we can provide the product with a voltage range of 110V-220V to meet your requirements.
5.Do you have any Certificate for the VR?
Yes, our VR have CE, ROHS, SGS...If you require any additional certificates, pls tell our sales team, and we will help to get them.
6. When will you update the games? Will you charge or free?
We will update the games every month, and it is free for you.
